Our olive oil is processed purely mechanically and each bottle contains only one olive variety from the same region.

Harvested with care
The care taken during the harvest is mainly responsible for the quality of a good olive oil. We do not use olives that are already on the ground. Those that are damaged or rotten are also sorted out. We only use fresh and healthy olives.
The harvest is brought to the mill on the same day, washed and pressed purely mechanical at 27 degrees. The olive oil is stored in steel tanks in a refrigerated room, filtered after about a week and bottled in glass.
