High quality olive oil from eastern mediterranean region - motherland of the olive tree. The regional olive variety Kilis Yaglik was pressed with the Italian Mori-Tem mill at 25 degrees. These ancient olive trees do not need pesticides and are resistant to harsh climatic conditions. The Oil is fruity und has a strong charakter.

With low acidity and high content of polyphenols and unsaturated fatty acids.

Ideal for cold dishes such as salads or other appetizers. It is also suitable for braising and steaming at low temperatures.

In glass bottle with spout. No overflow at the edge of the bottle.
